Description
Responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager and
Assistant Managers in creating an energetic and positive work
environment for all Team Members. On completion of
Management Training, new Assistant Managers will
assist with the day-to-day running of the restaurant ensuring
all operations meet customer service, cash handling,
marketing, purchasing, human resources, administration and training
& development practices.
Key Selection Criteria
- Trainee Managers must have at least a year 10 education and
18 months work experience in a managerial/supervisory
role.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability
to deal with customer feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to develop competent computer
skills
- Be able to motivate, delegate and co-ordinate
- Must be willing to work in a team based environment
- Willing to work shift work with an energetic approach
- Able to lift and carry awkward/heavy items
- Must have a reliable vehicle and current driver’s
licence

Experience
Work experience in retail, hospitality, quick service or
customer driven environments is desirable however, we are more than
willing to train applicants that can demonstrate the right
